Stella Grizont is the Founder and CEO of WOOPAAH, dedicated to helping people and their companies' flourish. WOOPAAH is loved by Google, Johnson & Johnson, Columbia University and many more awesome organizations for designing immersive engagement and well-being programs and training on the science of happiness. WOOPAAH is one of the first companies to measure mood, morale, and engagement and its impact on performance with the use of cutting edge technology using virtual reality. Grizont was one of the first 150 people in the world to receive a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a regular contributor to MSNBC's Your Business show and has been featured on ABC News, The Today Show, Entrepreneur Magazine, Vanity Fair, and other media outlets for her insights on business and happiness. Stella has lectured for several universities including New York University, MIT, Barnard College, Rutgers, and Bowdoin College. Her online course, The Science of Happiness, Hacks & Skills To Flourish, is a best seller on the leading online learning platform, udemy.com. She also partnered with Happify to design an online game called, Get Unstuck. She now resides in Oakland, California, with her husband, Ilya.
